Therapeutic Arts Retreat

It is estimated that 1 in 6 Canadians experience infertility (Canadian Fertility and Andrology Society), yet many people still feel anxious and alone in this experience. This workshop aims to decrease isolation for those on a fertility journey, while offering opportunities to explore and engage in arts-based activities designed to lower levels of stress and increase a sense of support.
